Actually I used a mixture of two AI photo paintings in corel painter essentials 8.

I could of made it more advanced but I kind of rushed it a bit.

I wanted to originally make a static effect like fade in/out transmission effect but I guess it didn't go so well.

There is a spectator mode in BF1, however, BF1 also has a 3rd party tool that allows for way more and better tools for making screenshots. Parts of this 3rd party tool have been implemented into BFV's spectator mode.
