It has a pretty fast bullet. Not ment to be a weapon you can rest all your weight on. But deff a weapon you can have iv your m16 runs flat and the enemy isnt dead yet. Very good pary with an M16

My game just turned into windowed mode then back to fullscreen, now when i press w i walk forward and look down, when i press s i look up, same with a and d i just look to the sides then. Mouse still works for looking around. Got this twice now, is fixed when i reinstall the game.

Already tried:
-Restart game/pc
-use another keyboard
-resting key bindings (they werent changed so w wasnt binded to look down)
-verifiing game files on steam

Im on:
-Windows 11
-Steam Premium version

Any ideas/solutions bc i dont want to reinstall the game everytime.

you know when they are enemies on the point. You can see the if there are enemies on the point. Obviously you dont blow it up when its crawling with enemies. But after the first push there is usually plenty of time and the enemy team is regrouping and there are still alot of medics of your team on the point.

also, about the topic of crappy teammates, i've once seen someone hook an AA gun with someone else using it to a car and just drive out of the arena to kill the AA gun user just to get to use AA gun instead of him

Well if I have A spawn my squad always take right hand tunnel, go under and back up over ticket office (to take out campers) then if B taken by enemy push up behind them. We can appear out of nowhere in that scenario

because that's pretty silly that there's no possible way to finish someone without using a melee weapon

no matter how many bullets will be shot into a guy rolling on the floor while being still alive, he won't die

iirc firestorm had a much better system where you can sort of crawl around to go into cover and wait for revive, but if you get shot while crawling there you die

it showed 4.99 USD for the normal version of BF3, then i checked out and it ended up being 25USD somehow, then i re-freshed the site and it no longer shows 4.99 as it used too do so for the past 48 hours it now shows 6.74 USD, and when checked out, it goes back to the same price.. 25 USD.

Any idea if there is something on my end? Am i being dense? Or is the EA website just messed up RN.

like, how is it even going up to 24 USD, the game without a disscount nowadays is not even that, i cant understand what is going on, i refreshed the EA website, and its down to 4.99 USD again.. alongisde the same issue, once i checkout it goes up to 25 USD.

so regardless of how well you are hidden, people will still see a large light coming from a bush

What is the thing with US servers and MGs? Whenever we play Tactical Conquest on US East - half the opposing team are lay down all over in random spots spraying MGs (largely ignoring the flags)

but thats still a problem, because its not easy to always hit someone, often, like you say, it takes like 5-6 bullets

that leaves what, 2 shots remaining for the next guy

but yeah el marj is pretty much the best map for that kind of gameplay, close-quarter combat, no vehicles, not much place to snipe

From personal experience, it's a skill thing. The Garand has a high rate of fire but with a small internal magazine, so it kills fast but you have to isolate your targets if you don't want to be overwhelmed. Kill, retreat, reload, repeat.

if you have skill, again, it would then make more sense to just use other weapons which have higher damage and more bullets, sturmgewehr, ZK, trench carbine, BAR and a lot of other stuff

ok maybe bar is a bad example because it has about x2 shooting speed of garand and only 20 bulelts but then lewis gun with 97 bullets before reload exists

Sure. But those weapons are specialized for close range combat. The Garand is made for mid-range combat, but can also do pretty well in close-range with enough skill.

all of those four mentioned work fine also in mid combat, not only close

after all, all of those four can be toggled to shoot one bullet per trigger press instead of slamfiring

well, bar can't be but it can shoot twice as slow if it's shooting mode is toggled to not recoil as much
