Currently done with Assault with recon coming close and halfway progress in support and medic (should be easy especially for medic)

yeah its easy but you need to

know that lost soldiers and bf2 hub exist
know that the mod exists
install both
and then you can access an empty server. Its not that its hard but that there are a lot of filters that hamper the growth of mods.
Like if FH2 had a steam page Im sure it would have way more players simply because its more accessible, even though fh2 is easy to install

I found it as fun as it was on pc,l. If you have a very high frame rate on pc, you will notice the difference, but it is still enjoyable and I loved it all the same. Ofc I prefer pc, but that still doesn't change the fact that this game is epic TrashPandaParty on any platform you play.

Then you're honestly better off saving your money. The AT Rifles are terrible for long range sniping.

They can one-shot to the body, but their horrendously slow bullet velocity makes them near useless at long range

If you run up on a point with a tank and you're a sniper/medic loadout you're gonna get blasted

I mean, both are arcade games, but I've always felt that CoD games are more arcade than Battlefield, especially the sound design has always been far off from Battlefield. And I know comparing these two games is somewhat pointless, but yeah :P

Hmm, BF3 had quite many servers when I tried it week ago. The server browser is buggy though, you have to scroll through the list to see all that are populated, sorting doesn't do that automatically.

But yeah, time has flown past them, only the most dedicated veterans play them anymore. :P

Battlefield Portal, From what I remember when it was discussed with dev's (management) and devoted players it came down to....
(Don't quote me on this terrible memory for the moment)

Revive old games of the Battlefield series.
as much options and variety as possible, thus something there for everyone. (possibly even community created mods)
the more the portal section is used the more data they will have to tweak of what to support by more servers and which servers to reduce.
With this the future of BF portal is based on server usage statistics and user commentary-input/opinions.

Keep the CONTRUCTIVE input and criticism flowing and DICE will -bit by bit- adapt and follow the BF community accordingly.

no, steam do not factor in preorder releases, 19th is the official release date, once the 12th hits you will have access to install the game through your library, it is not when the game releases though

Hardline is the true culmination of years of careful and loveful development, they day Hardline released i bought 56 copies of the premium edition, all for my friends to enjoy the experience with, Hardline is the only good battlefield game as it has a touching storyline with important characters, well balanced gameplay, the best graphics i've ever seen, anyone who has never played Hardline has not seen the true battlefield experience
