i have a question, i heard somewhere that Ripple Effect (DICE LA) is leaving EA after 2042. is this true?
If it is, then i have a feeling that the only good part of 2042 will be portal (as seen in the portal weapons leak, guns feel weightier and more content), the one by RE, and that the rest of 2042 is going to turn into a lame ass cod copy selling skins.
And that because any battlefield game after 2042 will suck ass completly.
RE has CARRIED many BF titles to be good to this day (BF4, BF5, BF1, BF2042?) and if they leave then the battlefield franchise will stop being a moneymaker and be shutdown. Can someone quench my worries?

Non player physics looks like SLIDESHOW.

Yeah, the Gewehr m95/30 is probably a decent middle ground, though its cycling rate is only a little faster than the Kar98k. I think the Type 99 Arisaka is also pretty solid for mid-long range with a much faster cycling rate, only a little slower than the Lee-Enfield.

When it comes to sights, its pretty subjective. I'd try to swap out scopes based on what range you think you'll be engaging at, which is pretty self explanatory. Longer ranges? Bigger scope. Getting more up close and personal? Stick to ironsights.

Also, don't be afraid to swap to your sidearm for close ranges, the M1911 is my personal recommendation there.

I never really enjoyed playing Battlefield 2042 cause no one enjoyed it when the beta came out. I played the BF6 beta and enjoyed myself so when it was over I decided to revisit Battlefield 2042 to tide me over until BF6 releases.

BATTLEFIELD 2042 IS SO GOOD WTF???

The gunplay feels so fast paced and smooth, the animations add so much immersion and it feels like there's so much chaos going on with 128 players! It made me realize that BF6 actually isn't that good, it feels so bare bones. It's like they put all their resources into the skyscraper explosions and scrapped all the polish they put into 2042.

Mainly, the gunplay in BF6 feels so stiff compared to 2042. I remember the gunplay always feeling kinda stiff in Battlefield games so I didn't find it unusual, but it's so freaking good in 2042!!!

Yes they do It tracks your accuracy and your stats per weapon that are already public to begin with.

Its not rocket science. Thats why BF4 servers are cheater free most of the time.

No the servers use BF4DB. Its a stat tracker basically and it uses those stats to determine if someone is cheating or not.

Its completely safe to use as almost every BF4 server has it

Historical Inaccuracies in BFV aren’t that big of a deal in retrospect. Yes I get annoyed when I see Captain Crunch on the shores of Iwo Jima, but that’s not enough for me to call it terrible. If that was the straw that broke the camel’s back, I wouldn’t like BF1, because that game is as historically accurate as Final Countdown

I want an updated BF4 with BF5 gunplay and FPS animations. I still think it'll be good though. I'm really hoping DICE doesn't overcorrect and shoehorn in too many restrictions on players. I know people say lack of classes is why teamplay was dead but I really chock that up to a bad UI. You could not see who had and who needed ammo and could not use the comm menu to request. There was also a lack of feedback when doing team friendly stuff so even just having points pop up on the UI again when doing those tasks might be enough to get more people running support gadgets. Even still, I just played a round in BF4 where my squad was 2 snipers, an engineer and me. Extrapolate that out to the team and you have similar teamwork problems. Meanwhile in the beta if you had 4 guys ready to work together you could get some cool diversity going and that was with only 4 specialists. I'd be really curious to see the full roster with a BF4 UI in place to see how the balance was. I guess we'll see where it goes but I worry we get another BF5 where there's a backlash and they second guess the vision and we get some half baked compromise that makes nobody happy.
