If its a matter of desperation, AT launchers can have really good range if you learn their trajectories well.

You probably won't be able to kill it, but there's a chance you can make him fall back or have to reposition, which can buy you time to fight off a closer enemy, or resupply and get ready for him to return

Ultimately in my eyes, making a vehicle (plane OR tank) fall back is almost just as good as killing it, because they're then out of the fight for upwards of a minute, which is plenty of time to reposition and maybe catch them off guard
