There is no skill where you can demand a tank. You have to wait and stay dead until there is a tank available

Each team effectively has a set number of tanks at a time. For example, lets say there are three tanks for each side. Those tanks will respawn only after a tank has been destroyed, after a 90 second timer. Side note, capturing an enemy tank will not force a respawn...so don't abandon your tank, and try to steal enemy tanks if you can.

Assault is the premier anti-vehicle class. In fact, the launchers are much more effective against tanks than they are against infantry. I'd recommend running an AT launcher of your choice with sticky dynamite. Instead of trying to engage tanks head on, I'd try to flank tanks, get behind them, throw as much dynamite on them as possible, then hit it with your launcher as much as you can.
