Soo I'm pretty sure I figured out the punkbuster issue - and it's a weird one not mentioned in the guide so I'll mention it here incase anyone else has the issue

I have a VPN with a feature called split tunneling. This feature allows certain applications to bypass the VPN. I had this enabled for BF4 so that I don't get kicked from servers. What I didn't do, is add the PunkBuster EXEs to the exclusion list, so when the game attempted to communicate with the PunkBuster service via the loopback IP address, it couldn't communicate as the PunkBuster was on a different network to the game. Solution is to add all instances of PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB EXE files to the VPN exclusion list.

Well, I'm also prior military, so I liked 4 for the slow methodical movements you'd have to make.. but I really like V because the gunplay and atmosphere is way better, IMO.

Rpg is the vise versa of the smaw
Straw or whatever its called is laser guided so you might not miss as much but it does less dmg then the rpg, around the smaw
Javelin always does 30 dmg no matter what unless a tank is laser designated at that point it will do more dmg but it has to be locked on and it gives the tank an indication

Ive tried, restarting game, discord and PC. reinstalling both game and discord, turning off origin overlay, turning on and off discord overlay, etc.
