Could you imagine if they released this information first (before 2042 initial/subsequent info drop[s]). It would have changed the entire dynamic of peoples perception of 'what is battlefield?" . I can see the people in public relations/social media team have a really hard job.

In my opinion, they should have waiting until the game came out, we then sink our teeth into 2042, then release battlefield portal. Currently the situation is we have Nostalgia vs new. Will the battlefield community split ?...I dont know ¯_(ツ)_/¯

So I have claimed battlefield 1 with amazon twitch prime its the base game for free including battlefield 5 later in august but my question is why is it that the second day I play battlefield 1 claimed on twitch prime for free the first day not much was unlocked it required the pass
