it really depends, as for C4 you can just spam 2 to 4 on any vehicle and then hit and you'll destroy the vehicle

also last tidbit make sure you utilize the right primary and secondarys, zuni rockets do little against vehicles but are effective at killing any infantry, while TV missiles can very easily take out vehicles halfway across the map
