I like to play as a sniper, and here's the problem. I can no longer set my sniper's distance adjustment. It always stays at 75 yards. I have already reset the keyboard layout and reinstalled the game. The key shares the function with Switch Fire Modes, which works. Fire modes yes, distance adjustment no. I hate when people do this, stealth is key and should only be spotted in a "fair fight" scenario e.g. a jet overhead can spot you not your gunner shooting to reveal......

Like just shoot when you see an enemy or when the time is right. To be honest if it's just one dude you could even roadkill if he is looking the other way and +1 kill without even being spotted. But as I was saying, timing. When the time is right. If there is a dude in hitmarker range but very low kill chance range said soldier is probably too far away and you gonna give away your position for a hitmarker.

Same theory for on ground. Don't shoot if you can't kill. If dude is 1 sec away from cover and ttk is high it's just not worth it. So many people have this implementation that enemy = shoot, rather than IQ>K/D. I'd rather make good plays than strive for a good KD making bad decisions that would risk getting killed
