i7 7700hq, gtx 1060... issue is i get 80% cpu usage, and 30% gpu usage... it used to be even... its clearly a cpu tuning issue, which has presented itself in MANY games, but each game has their own workarounds... windows updated with a security fix that handicapped processers serverely because of a backdoor present in intel cpus, that update heavily degraded performance on almost every game.
