Also important distinction for sure. Bfv doesn't try to achieve full realism. It still needs to apply some gamification. An exanple was the grease gun. The silenced option was pretty authentic, but people didn't like it cause it didn't align with their idea of how silenced guns sounds, so they made it more the pewpew sound we have now.
