Good way to tell that someone isn’t very good infy wise is to check there accuracy percentage, a good average accuracy is around 20% to 22% if anyone has lower then that they probably use a whole 30 round mag to kill someone lol

Hmm, try clearing your cache via PS settings. If that doesn't work your BF1 "SAVED DATA" may be corrupted. If you have an older BF1 "SAVED DATA" version on your "CLOUD STORAGE", download it and overwrite it with your BF1 "SAVED DATA" on your "CONSOLE STORAGE".
If this doesn't help there isn't much hope tbh. I remember that freezing bug in BF1. It's pretty annoying. For some player only deleting all their campaign data helped (You will still keep all your trophies).
But you could still try to reach out to EA Support. But I doubt there is much they can help you with corrupted save data.
