if you flank make sure to use that to your advantage, dont stop shooting until you know that you completely killed your enemy (its simple, but even the best of players fall victim to it) and try to play each weapon to its strengths (an smg in cqc, a rifle carbine in mid range and so on)

recoil control is also vital to playing well
