oh GTA sniping has no drop and is just cheese to 1v1, recommend the started sniper and a the 3x scope, try to stay a bit behind. and from there just start shooting, you'll get it

stealth is very crucial for the higher difficulties, and how you approach a situation. easy and to an extent normal you can kinda just walk in, take a few bullets and walk out but hardcore you have to play it all sneaky beaky else you’re getting domed
