If you're a Support getting melted by Assaults in close range, it usually means you need to reposition to an engagement range you have an advantage in. I mean, I can't claim that you're not already doing that though since I haven't seen how you play.

If so, then you need to look for servers that are on those maps. Most servers are all RSP so nearly all of them use VoteMap, which means people tend to vote for the same maps over and over. Look for a server playing DLC Only.

Nah. Typically if you get hit by a musket shot you die in it, barring a few niche occurrences like it hitting at very long range or an extremity.
It’s kinda arcadey in that you get buffs from musicians and officers and the like.

I tried the Bren gun and it was fine but it just doesnt have enough ammo to satisfy me, id like to take the bigger magazine for the Lewis but im not sure the differences between the two (or rather, how much they matter).
