I’m top 100 on Xbox with the chauchat. I hated it when I started using it but it’s pretty good once you get used to it. I like that it’s one of the least used guns in the game and has a ton of recoil so it’s kind of an special to use and an extra challenge

I think they did introduce like this system where if you did it too many times you took longer to transition back into a sprint.
Which in effect meant you physically couldn't slide as much because you had to be sprinting to do it.
Much like about 80% of the lessons DICE learned in 1, they completely forgot about it the next time around.
