bf4 is really not the best, it launched poorly, has the least normal destruction (except for levelution), doesnt have the series' best vehicle balance, gunplay is take it or leave it, movement is sluggish. Its a great game dont get me wrong, but its best maps are just remakes from better Battlefield games. BF3 is superior, even in artstyle (except for the blue everywhere and the sun)
