I tried out the free trial for BF1 today but found out it simply is unacceptable on my i5 4590 CPU with 16GB RAM and GTX 1060 it would dip to 30 fps often and sometimes to 23 fps.

In BFV it is the complete opposite no matter the map or intensity my FPS never drop below 45 FPS and almost ALWAYS runs at close to 60FPS give or take.

BFV has many many flaws but the one thing DICE got right is that it is FUNCTIONAL on quad core CPUs. It is much better optimized than BF1 and I am happy to know 8 core / thread CPU isn't mandatory in BFV as it is in BF1.What I did notice is that DX 11 worked a lot faster than DX 12 in both games.

Being in HVAC school right that I am paying for Cash, now my funds are limited on stuff like video games and so I really do appreciate the dedication by Dice to optimize BFV, this is by far the best looking and performing game I own.
DICE should really be commended on how well they optimized BFV for quad core CPU
