Wish BF:BC2 was still popping like back in the day. After psn killed it I played it on xbox until it became dead as well. Idk if pc still has lobbies or if EA nuked the servers entirely. one drive was bugging and because PROFSAVE_profile in documents\Battlefield V\settings is saved there it couldnt load my permissions
one drive was running so i didnt think that wouldve been an issue, but when i tried to edit my profile log to change direct x 12 to enabled i saw the syncing was off somehow, after resyncing manually, it fixed the issue and i was able to launch the game without issue

thing is if you don't get the revolution edition, you won't have DLCs and that will limit you in playing all the map roster

as for BFV normal and definitive edition they have pretty much the same content difference being, that the definitive one has all weapons unlocked from the start and has the elite skins

so i just played bf4 and i didn't realize just how huge some of the maps were like Silk road like before I just thought oh its a desert boring but I took the ah6j and i rode around the map weeing in and out of cover from stinger missiles and such and i was like holy shit this map is huge for one. And like the level of detail in just like the edges of the mtn and the little like tents setup from the nomadic ppl that the map is based off of really interesting and immersive. yeah so to make sure you see all servers you need to first press reset filters to remove the old filters and then select the free slots: none, 1-5, 6-10 and 10+

thing is each time you click on the playlist (back to basics in the main menu) it will use those filters in the server browser

I get that it looks good for realism

But it's also really easy to farm the point at the bottom of the mountain cuz of the trenches
