New here, Hi everyone. Let me get this out to whoever wants to read. This is a "Trauma dump" from a 23 year franchise fan. Take it as you will... ALL I ASK... Enter/Exit vehicle animations, and Terrain deformation. That is literally all. Everything else is solid, but I have had a taste of these mechanics in older BF titles and other franchises and I can't get my head around why they aren't standard at this point.
I Love Battlefield, and most of my life shilled for it over Call of Duty.
When BF1942 came out, I installed it on all the PC's at school. I spent my senior year in BF2 hardcore servers. I grinded 2142 like it was going out of style, it was, and did. I learned how trees can talk in BF Vietnam. When BF Bad Company came out, I had to buy an Xbox just to play it and then GameStop gave me the entire box of Haggard Cologne cuz nobody liked it. I bought BF:BC2 for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC, and then on Steam when CD's died, and then again when Origin came out.... I bought 4 of the Large Taco Bell cups to unlock the Spectat gear with the OP MG3 before it was nerfed and became a marketplace purchase. I had the M1 and Thompson in BF:BC2 cuz I had maximum BF Veteran status for registering all the games and expansion packs, I even reached top 10 in the world with the Saiga 12. I returned to Vietnam in BF:BC2 Vietnam to find out if those voices were just in my mind, and then lobbed 10 tons of lead at the planet from a helicopter door. I gained aerial dominance in BF1943 and became an Ace pilot.. For BF3, I ranked to 50 for the closed Beta, the open beta, and immediately on release just to see if the m60 with a bipod and sniper scope was nerfed (it was not)

Oh yea, just kidding, and the Medal of Honor multiplayer was the BF3 alpha engine or something, and I played the HECK out of that smaller squad style combat.

Spotting takes no effort and rewards players massively, playing as Blasco is an eye opening experience in 2042, 200 spots denied per beacon, I wonder what those players would do if 2042 didn't had 3D spotting, they most likely wouldn't know where are those 10 enemies in their flag
Not like BFV doesn't have spotting either, recon could 2D spot with 2 of their gadgets gives more incentive to play as frontlines recon, binoculars still allows 3D spotting, recon could also 3D spot people they shot. Support could also 3D spot people they suppressed. It just requires more effort than looking at anywhere on the map and pressing Q to be rewarded for doing nothing.

When I try to spawn on a vehicle i get kicked. When I spawn on the ground, all wespons that require challenges to unlock are reset. When i return to the lobby i get view them as normal. You could run and jump and if you continued to do that you would gain momentum which would allow you to traverse map faster
