You can indeed switch squads in your own team and even to one on the opposing team (if you are on Xbox). If I am playing solo and want to get a better squad, I take squad lead then kick the weakest link and invite the better players in my team to the squad. Rinse repeat until you have a solid squad working together.

The animation for it is slow and the gas does 15 damage immediately. Also, it prevents ADS. To be frank, I think the gas nade/gas mask is one of the worst gameplay concepts in BF1.

It’s good and a lot of servers. Just watch out for badmins in BF4. Many admins get salty easily if you kill them, be the best in the lobby ect. They may or may not kick or ban you from the community server in server browser

My DualSense PS5 Controller got stick drift on both sticks, my controller is only 4 months old PS3 and older controllers didn’t have Potentiometers instead they had Hall Effect Sticks. Life span of CoD games are just 2 months. Content creators and influencers hypes up the new game, ''this CoD will have skill gap'', ''this CoD will fix the cheating'', ''this CoD will have some of the best maps in the series'', ''this CoD is going to be top 5'' then it's the same game as last year's CoD with either new issues or exact same issues, people will be fed up with ever so increasingly strict SBMM and just start to quit. Then it will die in 2 months after release. Cycle will continue forever. BO6 is finished for example despite not even reaching to season 2 due to cheaters. They will hype up BO7 next year with another nostalgia bait but with the exact same issues BO6 had(cheaters, SBMM, bad servers etc.)

It’s why you’ll start rubber banding, players spawn behind you for easy kills (which for you means kd goes down), and other (though unconfirmed) methods such as skill based damage, hitreg breaking or footsteps being louder

Not really, the game plays like an identity crisis. It's trying to be a 'hero shooter' like overwatch cosplaying as a cod game. It's got a terrible UI and an overall lack of depth in terms of content. Not to mention the 'portal' game mode is a pale imitation of the games it tries to emulate. BC2, BF3 and 1943 were all amazing multiplayer experiences that actually worked. There's side by side comparison videos showcasing how much of a downgrade 2042's versions of the older games' maps are.

Somehow I feel that a flat earther would have more sense than this guy.

Like shit if someone enjoys 2042 by all means but to claim it a functional game is a bigger stretch than making The Hangover 3.

2042 isn't a hero shooter, ''heros'' works like BFV's subclass system in fact. I agree launch 2042 tried to be a hero shooter but most hero abilities and passives now are like an extra gadget slot. Class is still more important than hero you play as. Speaking of subclasses they should bring subclass system back for BF6 honestly. Pathfinder recon was extremely fun for flanks.
