Not even close, 'grenade canceling' was all over the early cod games. And it makes sense because if you're holding the spoon (the spoon's the leaver that springs off when you pull the pin) it won't engage the fuse so you could 'hold a grenade' then 'put the pin back in' when you swap out.

CoD WaW had this mechanic outside of the Japanese grenade becuase it was a 'push down' fuse that had no spoon to it. Nice attention to detail.

Yes,try joining multiple LFG servers and you're culminate a sizeable amount of people that will play on your server

You only need 10 members to play and your server will probably start picking up

Been a long time since I played BF1 but from my experience (and also more recently on BFV) it can be tough to fill a server unless you have a community in place. That said, I’m talking Xbox, not PC.

I feel like there should be a feature where it automatically switches a person from one team to the other in otder to balance out the players

I'm at a three match streak where half of my team is AI whilst the opposing barely has any

I think you can change squads manually within your own team if the alternative squad is not full. Maybe that can strengthen your team as a whole, if some squads are not left without an experienced leader. In BFV that is.

In BFV weak players are often called "bots" by the opposing team. But just consider how formidable enemies bots can be: Bots know exactly where you are, they can spawn on your flanks or even right behind you, and they can be regular bullet sponges. Also the can be sure to aim at your hit box at will. Be careful around bots... Did anybody complete the three first story missions on Hardcore? It says that only 0.8 % of players obtained this achievement on Steam. I suppose the bots are rather strong on these missions? 😉
