That's not really an 'opinion' it's more so heavily paywalling content for a brief period of time and making it inaccessible to everyone else, which isn't fair at all. No different than the melee weapon from the now failed Battlefield incursions (formerly BF1 CTE) and exclusivity shouldn't be paywalling content behind an 80$ pre-order for an entirely different game. It's like having to buy a 200k house to drive a 7k car. It's insane that was even allowed to pass the way it was, not to mention that as stated before; I will quite literally be willing to pay for these weapons in a dlc package.
Not to mention as far as 'real dedication' goes as you put it, that offer was for a game that during the time of pre-order, had everyone royally pissed because the reveal trailer had no gameplay along with the 'don't like don't buy' response to the criticism. It's nothing to do with 'brand loyalty' when said brand perpetually spat in my and everyone else's faces. That being said, for the love of god or Hagrid's Truckasaurous-Rex, please pass it along that I'd be willing to pay for the M1911A1, M1919 SMG, Fedorov-Degtyarev, BAR M1918A2, and Mosin M38 Carbine along with the C96 international and Howdah shotgun pistol. Put all these in a 6 or 10USD dlc package and I'll buy that in a heartbeat. These weapons already exist in the game's files, they're already fully operable and programmed. Why not just give them to us instead of letting them fall by the niche wayside?

Had that happen once, was in an AA truck on Empire's Edge and needed to break open the bunker door on A point. Stepped out to AT grenade the door and some ass (friendly) stole my tank while I was opening the door.

It's baffling that people pay money to sit in a corner and try and snipe. Hell, Snipers that cover are a godsend. Conquest is annoying these days because there's either no-life sweats, idiots or just people that don't work together. It boils my blood that so few actually work as a team.

I just don't want a futuristic or modern setting, historical wars are better. They're not gonna think up better war campaigns/scenarios than the Civil War, WW1, WW2, etc. And back then not every gun was a fully automatic high caliber kill machine

1943 and Bad Company 2 (only one or two maps per game, not worth it) were the older titles axed coincedentially when Portal was being directly compared to the original varients of the maps and everyone was seeing how shitty 2042 really is.

Imagine just doing a 'definitive edition' multiplayer only remaster and re-release of all the original maps and have two modes 'original' and 'modernized' where the original played exactly 1:1 as the original games and a more modernized variant with some tweaked and overhaled fixes such as the helicopters being able to spawncamp in Bad Company 2 and the only way to kill them being the tracer darts that shot too slowly but now have a faster projectile speed to compensate its use.

Battlefield is not known for its campaign. I want to be a regular soldier in a war. Period. Most real wars are started by men in power who invade a country. I don't want to play as Blackburn or Recker. War stories were the only good campaigns because ultimately all of those characters were just soldiers fighting a war. Even if they were proto special forces like in under no flag.
That was the weakest point of bf3 and bf4 for me. They tried to copy the cod formula for campaigns. NO!

Well yeah, the campaign has always been a secondary thing. It’s still decently important to have though. Now, I do agree that them trying to go the cod route with 3 and 4 was rough but if they went an original route where you are a random soldier, not an action hero, it could be really good.

It’s a slower paced game in general. You have time to think more about what you are doing and where to go which I think is better
2042 the maps are designed to funnel you down specific routes and lanes so the extra movement makes it feel less strategic

Both world wars have already been done recently. Vietnam could be cool. Cold War could be cool. Futuristic is a bad choice. Making a futuristic game right after 2042, with how many people that just want a modern game, is a terrible business decision.
Imo it has to be either modern or Cold War. Anything else besides for maybe Vietnam wouldn’t be taken well by a lot of the community

well. the internet is fine, the fps Is also fine, the lags I think it's beacuse of FPS drops for some reason and I don't know which, I mean I can Play on high grapichs and it'll still be lagging and also on low, I have a 3070 so I don't think there is a problem with the GPU
