I've been playing Battlefield I and V for the past few months. I love the atmosphere in I, but the gameplay is rather bland imo. Nor is there enough customization. V does this better but isn't as charming in the atmosphere department.

I've been looking to get Battlefield 4, and it still seems pretty active according to SteamCharts. Is it worth it?

I'm all about sniping. Not aggressive sniping, but more like Ghost Recon sniping. Slow, calculated, and I try and make use of ghillie's if available.

Definitely roughly as good as modern games but the modern games are actually really good and comparable to it, other than 2042 because come on

BF1 has the best immersion, BFV has some of the best movement/features such as building (on a good day) and crouch running, 2042 is unfinished but shows at least a bit of potential

BF4 has a really great mix of what makes all the others good but I cant say it really specializes at doing one thing, the destruction is goddamn amazing though

BF1 struggles with choke points and the general balancing of certain tools (ie Fort De Vaux basically being an explosion test chamber), BFV has a ton of exploiters, and 2042 has awful progression that encourages finding ways to chug through it with the least amount of effort possible

Hello, i have a question I have been playing call of duty for a long time now and always manage to get around a 1KD, however, I recently bought bf 4 and 5 and no matter what game modes be a team, Deathmatch or conquest, big or small I always extremely struggle and have a round .3 KD. I either die by someone laying somewhere in a bush or get shot from behind instantly after I Spond, and I always try to the best of my ability score with teammates or in team death match, always walk around the map try to flank enemy.
