The FALLSCHIRMJÄGERGEWEHR ZWEIUNDVIERZIG was made to act as both a battle rifle and light support weapon akin to the L86A2 LSW. The entire reason, as I can recall, for it's existence was that the German paratroopers used to have their weapons dropped separately in containers (except pistols) and they, quite reasonably, realized that this was not optimal for combat readiness so they commissioned a rifle for the paratroopers. Hence FALLSCHIRMJÄGERGEWEHR 42.

it fixes allot of issues that all the frostbite BF games had with map designe, where after some fighting over a flag with destructible cover you can rebuild the cover so you don't get insta killed by snipers and vehicles. irish is a joke compared what the average support can do in BFV. the next BF should bring it back like it was in BFV
