For what Steam is currently asking for it, $40? No. Unless you're in the EU and can stand playing on a 30hz German server with 110% damage, then I would not recommend it. It's a shame because it is a good game, but there are just no good servers running for it in NA.

Do you think they will get rid of this high mobility thing from 2042 in the next game? Mackay can get up to any high point and move aggressively, sundance can cover great distances with ease, there are ziplines everywhere on maps and helicopters are extremely maneuverable.

I want bf3/bf4 style movement where the flow is more predictable, less chaotic, and getting to high ground feels more rewarding.

It's possible that it might stay if they stick to 128 players, but I do agree that stuff like that inherently causes issues where game readability and flow is unpredictable and it's not great.
