Ranked is actually pretty cool, but in 4 out of 5 rounds, the random teammates would always leave immediately the moment they got downed.. it's just annoying.
I really hope they add a Ranked Duos mode soon..

Its been bugged since yesterday. Once you reach gold you cant find matches. It doesnt matter if you are in a full squad or alone. Ive tried everything. More than 40 minutes of queue and no matches found.

Does anyone know how the RP system for kills works? Have gotten -RP for kills & assist cap

Was placed 17th with 8 kills confirmed and 1 confirmed assist, got 80 RP for kills, 5 RP for assist but then -20 RP for ‘kills & assist cap’

They also lied in their patchnotes.

Desync is the same, hitreg is the same. Still gotta pop UAVs 2-3 times.
Visibility bugs got horrendously worse, blackout/blinding lights you'd think monitor broke.
Controller "nerf" was hardly a nerf as a controller/kbm user they could've never put that in patch notes I wouldn't notice a difference lol. People prob js overhyped that, 2mm of stick adjustment isn't noteworthy.

One example of balancing is bullet spread. In Multiplayer, you usually have more opportunities to tap fire. In BR, you mostly need to hold down the trigger so you can take down more than one player at the same time.

They simply used an old build for this ranked. There are huge amount of bugs that are really old in it...

  • empty boxes
  • dead before deploy
  • empty loot
  • full city in bright bloom
  • floating cars in the air

As well as some new ones

  • a huge circle of the map is fully rendered as yellowish texture. Yellow walls, floor , cars etc.

And since the update there are as well bugs back like the one where you cant join with a group because there is written unavailable with party... Really disappointing... Seams like QA is inexistent or done by AI...

As group we can't join, as soon as we are more then 2 people it simply does not work and we are all just rookie/bronze. So not this gold rank isssue. Looks like matchmaking in general is not working right...

Good question... It's really strange because with random mates I have same difference in division/rank and we can play, but in a party with more then 2 it doesn't works. As well there were a lot of disconnects while matchmaking and it sometimes randomly stops searching and someone has a disconnect. Seams really broken. When we search individually we join the same lobby, as soon as we group up we can't join...

What do you guys think of the crossplay split between PC and console? Do you think that is causing the long matchmaking queues in gold+ ranks?

It should be splitted by default everywhere in my opinion. In crossplay lobbies I have generally way more lags and delays as console player. Probably same for pc players. I like it and I'm sure they wouöd in the end have a bigger playerbase if it is splitted. All my friends stopped when only crossplay lobbies were available in Redsec...

I hope so but to be honest, I don't think so. At least not at the moment. This is the big problems of games that are so bugged. It's a shame, because redsec could be so great. But it looks like they always bring back old bugs and introduce new as well. So many people are really disappointed

No lags are not just because of cross timezones, it's really obvious and I couöd record 100 of situations where in crossplay lobbies the shots weren't connecting anymore after 2-3 hits, or simply not connected from start. So I'm sure there are huge crossplay issues in Battlefield 6 netcode and as well lag/stability ossues

As for rank matchmaking bands, a squad can also only be composed of players at equal Rank or within two Ranks of the highest Rank player, and can only matchmake against squads in that similar Rank Band.

I'd like to suggest, for those of us who enjoy first-person games, that the pilot's position in the Little Bird is too far forward and leaning too far over the instrument panel. When using free view and looking to the left, the door frame obstructs your view, leaving you with almost no visibility through the window. The pilot was better positioned in Battlefield 2042.

I'd also like to add that it would be great if Godot included a feature to convert a map to night vision for playing matches using night vision goggles. It's a waste to have to purchase them and only be able to use them on a single map.

Leaving a match definitely needs to be punished more severely.
In 8 out of 10 matches, Duo teams who queued up together quit the game the moment they get downed.

Simply not receiving any points isn't enough.
A time penalty would be truly appropriate for repeat offenders.. starting with 5 minutes, then 10, then 30, then 60...

It is so annoying having to play the rest of the match solo after the very first fight..
