Battlefield Redsec could actually be a good game. The graphics are solid, the maps have a nice atmosphere, and the core gameplay has real potential. Unfortunately, the experience is completely ruined by the huge number of cheaters.

Almost every other match you run into players who are clearly using speed hacks, wall hacks, or other cheats. They move at unrealistic speeds, track you perfectly through walls, and give you absolutely no chance. That’s not challenge — it’s just frustrating and kills the fun entirely.

The BR casual mode is somewhat playable, so that part is okay. But the fact that you can only queue as a duo is a joke. Not everyone wants to — or can — always play with a partner. It feels unnecessarily restrictive and makes the experience less enjoyable.

The biggest issue is the reporting system. Either you can’t properly report players, or if you can, nothing seems to happen. There are no visible consequences. It feels like nobody is actually reviewing these cases. For a franchise with this name, you would expect a proper anti-cheat system.

In its current state, the game is simply unenjoyable. It’s a shame, because it has potential, but until they seriously deal with cheaters, it’s hard to take it seriously. Honestly, I’m glad I didn’t buy it — in this form, it’s more of a disappointment than an enjoyable experience.

Its already bad enough that the hit reg is awful between console nad pc players, so they add more unnesicary vehicles ? awful decsion. This is how they drive people out. If you dont think so idk what to tell ya but its the truth. Rest of the game is fantastic. Multi is awesome. but Red Sec needs alot of work

I keep comparing bf redsec to cod warzone, remember warzone is in the game for like 15 years, redsec is still a bean who is sprouting. Give it some time to fully fix bugs. I have seen and felt that SO MUCH have been fixed. Not everything is perfect but it takes time

I think they will need to put an option to report those cases. Is not that hard to track: If a player is nearby you the whole match and you didn't trade damage, or you're playing like that for multiple matches, just ban them for a week or so.

Sooo I tested to see if I could load in at the same time with my boyfriend on solos and we were put in completely different matches so I don’t believe anyone is intentionally squading up in solos. I think they see you at the same time or they see you kill someone so they shoot 🤷‍♀️
