There is no job crisis here, people can relax, know that they don't need to actively find a job to survive, but they will actively be encouraged by the program to find jobs at a pace that is fit for that person

Yep. I think one key problem with ever looking at the past, is understanding the language. Which is why dictionaries are good, but they need to be properly time stamped, and updated constantly. Which is easy now with the internet. You even have urbam dictionary which takes a stab at creative definitions for more slang related terms by user submitted votes

Heck, the same thing can have different words in different regions. Language is created by the people as a means to communicate, not to be strictly governed by grammar, and definitions. While having a list of properly recognised words in a dictionary, is helpful for official documents where it is super important to get your point across, in normal day to day conversation, it really doesn't matter what words or sounds you use as long as the idea you are communicating is communicated properly
