In my experience, most people camping in spawn do it to level their stuff or just get XP slowly but surely. Take that away and you remove their motivation. But if it doesn't work I'm game for other fixes sure.

During the double XP event, I was originally getting 70,000-80,000 XP per Rush mode match.
Suddenly it dropped to only about 2,000 XP.
I've been continuously leveling up new weapons - I already have 16 guns at level 50.
I thought it was just the character XP hitting a cap and accepted it.
So I continued leveling weapons, but after restarting the game, one of my weapons rolled back from level 34 to level 27.
My account has always played the game normally from the start - I don't specifically go to Portal farms to grind BOT XP.
Why does restricting exploiting players end up affecting players who play normally?

I’d check ping and latency, they go hand and hand with gunfights that you feel like you should win especially if you shot first. I’ve got 15-20 ping usually, haven’t had an issue yet like this fortunately, but I’d suggest using Ethernet if you aren’t already.

I’m hearing you, but try a different game mode, some game modes offer different xp pools and you might have luck in a different game mode, however it might seem like a cloud server issue with your game syncing if you were lvl 120 and now for whatever reason 118. Wish I could be more help though.

The SGX and Mp5’s main gimmick is being flexible smgs that cover a wide variety of combat situations.

There are 2 bloom bugs rn so shooting immediately after ADS or sprint can have higher bloom values than normal

For longer range gun fights I recommend switching to single or burst fire to handle those.

Those alt firing modes give increased accuracy and reduced recoil.

The devs are also doing another patch to rebalance bloom soon and fix the bugs

Fyi time to kill in this game for the fastest and slowest killing weapons up close differ by only 200 milli seconds (scw-10 is 150ms and KTS 100 is 350ms)

When the difference in time to kill is significant but not that long aim, accuracy control, and positioning/reaction speeds are important

Hell if I see the opportunity I will legit pick up enemy class kits if it's important.

If you kill an engineer repairing a tank you can pick up their class kit to kill the tank

If you kill a support you can pick up a support class kit to throw a bag and cover and switch back to your class kit to refresh your gadgets.

If you kill a recon you can pick up their class kit to throw down a tugs sensor to get radar.

Use all the class kits in the game

Yes, but on another hand, even if you might not, or majority of players might not, there are those that would probably play this game to a health-damaging amount, be it addiction, the need to farm, or even level racing via multiple people. (I know people on COD do this, not sure if its still a thing). And wanting to stop that, to me at least, is reasonable. But im just a player among hundreds of thousands of others. I dont know DICE's intention behind an XP cap.

And sure, dopamine goes Brrr watching level go up, but from my perspective, if peoples enjoyment is watching their career level go up, then I personally question their priorities.

To each their own, but if it really is JUST career XP, unless you're under level 50, I myself don't really get what the fuss is about having a XP cap.

If it affects EVERYTHING, including masteries, then yeah, I understand more frustation, but I dont think it warrants outrage if it's just career.

After playing and using the new mini scout sniper rifle i have to say it's an absolute unit close, mid to mid-long (150-200m or so) range. Using this and spec ops with high mobility feels so nice and broken and using the desert eagle as a secondary is perfect.

There isn't a selection yet to server browser into matches of local connections. I'll be fine in one match then next one I'll have over 180 ping due to EU servers. (Low ping on NA server's) Don't know why that isn't in the game yet but I'm sure the Devs are aware of this. Shouldn't have any ping/latency with 1GB download and upload speed.

Its a 5 meters in every direction in a "bubble" around the enemy. The "issue" with that challenge is that you need to consistently suppress the enemy multiple times over a short period to earn the "enemy supressed +5" popup which counts towards it. TheXclusiveAce on youtube has a video on the supression distance and effects if you're curious.

I kept having this annoying problem in Conquest trying to get jets and helis. Every time I’d go for one, someone else would grab it, crash in 10 seconds, and repeat.

I looked for a guide on YouTube about how to actually secure aircraft first but couldn’t find anything, so I did the research and made one myself. The trick is to stand on the spawn location of the vehicle and spam your enter vehicle keybind and you’ll secure the aircraft every single time. In the video I show all the locations across all six maps for both NATO and PAX sides.

casual breakthrough on offense, run smoke grenade launcher and smoke grenades, smoke the hell out of the obj and where the enemys are at. If a teammate shoots to kill through the smoke you get a smoke assist. Bots are very, very dumb in smoke and until they clear it entirely won't see your teammates. Easy kills and easy smoke assists.

Bots can make use of the smoke though, especially support bots, when there's a good amount of smoke they revive almost 100% of the time, instead of acting like morons when there's no smoke.
