ik im late but you could try unplugging the console (assume xsx is xbox series x) for a few minutes or clear some space, it might be a cache issue and could try deleting the the saved data (the online data will be left untouched as its cloud saved so dw about losing that progress) under Manage game and add ons by pressing the start button on the xbox side menu

those often fix the issue for me but it might also be an issue with the actual xbox if its an older model

bullets will always go at the centre point of your screen, that is assuming you are not engaging bloom which you will do if you are full auto firing the magazine, this mechanic means your bullets will begin to engage spread and be off centre, they reset when burst firing so you shouldn't be firing more than 10 bullets per burst and/or half the magazine, whichever is less before resetting

the recoil you are seeing is fake because the game uses visual recoil that isn't where your bullets are going, it's always the centre point
