it depends on your playstyle
you need for it to be low enough to aim accurately but high enough that you can survive in close quarters as well
a good test is if you (in the game) stand in a room, and look for a spot on the wall, turn 90 degrees, real fast and you should be able to hit that spot everytime, if you over-aim sens too high

I enjoy BF1 a lot more and its atmosphere but BFV isn’t bad as well. Some people enjoy BFV gameplay over BF1.
