i have had a fracture in each leg from muay thai both from going shin to knee on people and I can’t run without feeling pain so its a good idea to not do that anymore. Doesnt help that my meniscus practically is gone as well

In my case, I was on profile for 7 weeks of basic.

And missed that sort of stuff

Army basic is pretty hard like full on physical for 3-4 weeks especially

I musta lost 15-20 pounds
