It's the fact people can get to rooftops you can't get to on foot (ie: heli-drop in Manhattan bridge)

Uh. I followed this step by step (Fav gun, go to fav section, check attachments) but nope, nothing new.

I mean, i DO have the attachments that i unlocked. I entered in every Category, like Sights/Scopes, Magazine, Barrel, etc. Everything checks out. But despite that, when i go out of the Weapon Customization tab, it still shows the Weapon as Having something new Unlocked, that Orange Dot basically.

quick check when you favourite the gun are you favouriting the base gun, not its variants, be sure to remove all attachments since some attachments like scopes can hide the attachment like optic accessories

I favourite the Base Model that everyone gets when they unlock the gun. I even took the time once to Switch Scopes and stuff just to find if there is any hidden Modification to it, like those Canted Sights you get when you pick a Huge Scope. Nothing Pops out of the ordniary, no Orange Dot in the Attachments Section. Not even on Camo Skins or Charms or anything.

favourite the base gun and go to favourites tab for the gun and it should show the attachments, make sure to remove the optic attachment if its showing one for the accessory, check camos as well, restarts might be required, hope this helps

Nope. Even better Example: The New M16A4. I didn't use it at all, it's untouched, Lvl 0, it is showed with an Orange Dot. I press on it, There are no skins for it, the Factory Skin/Standard Skin has an Orange Dot on it. I press on That Skin, there is no Dot to be seen in the Attachments menu

Wait wdym "another thing that may happen", that was the Solution i used on the other guns. It worked on the other guns. Difference is, for the other guns, after i checked all their New Attachments (Ussually the violet Laser and the 2 flashlights), the Dots from the other Skins, disappeared. Except for the Standard skin. Which then got solved with the Favourite-Trick, cuz yeah they were then shown as new there.

For the Scar, all skins still have that Dot, and when favourited, it's not shown as New, but still as a Dot :(
