This is fixed now, I had the effect and cost of the ADS movement accuracy modifier backwards. Also added magazine and ergonomic attachments, and now shows stats fpr ads time, sprint recovery time, and ads move speed. TTK Chart also has a button to let you show ADS+TTK

In general Penguin use 800 DPI, Rapid trigger at 2, HTS at 2, Basically at the 2th fastest click triggers. Penguin still tweaking and adapting and learning though, it's pretty individual what's good or bad settings to use

Not really - tier 3 repairs are quick to get and you repair in 6 seconds.

Now it'll be self repairing after 12 seconds - it's going to be a slower process but same difficulty.

just to remind folk a engineer by default gets 5 RPGs, one of its first unlocks on the perk tree is an ability where if a explosive lands on a vehicle it disables health regeneration for a period of time, absolutely nothing about that has changed at all
