Pay attention to your minimap and use audio. A lot of people might run flash hiders and suppressors, but there's just as many that don't. They will show up on the minimap

Well a few things they could incorporate is things like showing the class system, have 1 soldier jump in a tank then a jet and then fight on foot. They could some how incorporate some of the most famous maps into the visuals. Obviously the soundtrack and maybe a heavy influence on the squad dynamics. Also some funny stuff like using a defib on a wounded soldier, a soldier destroying a tank with a blow torch and offcorse a soldier jumping out of a jet and rpg/snipe an enemy jet then the whole jump back in your own jet deal.

Suddenly, the game feels super choppy and with lots of micro stutters (when flying helicopter, or doing anything)

Multiplayer runs perfectly smooth on all settings on the highest graphic settings. Just RedSec that keeps microstuttering suddenly. It feels fine for probably 20 minutes, and i starts micro stuttering. Then gone. Then back on micro stuttering.

All overlays are off, and EVERYTHING is tried.. Except clearing the cache for GPU. Not sure how to fix, but will try googling.
