It only works if the mortar shell lands where it can be destroyed. More often than not the gadget gets destroyed by said mortar rather than stopping it.

I would also rather play the game than just sit on my supply pack and spam projectile interceptors because they only intercept for a few seconds while a mortar has infinite ammo.

Well I think how it works in real life is some thermal readers can detect different things depending on what color spectrum they visually give off. If it’s black and white most heat comes off in a limited spectrum whilst other RGB heat readings can give off different results, it is stupid though how the RGB thermals don’t do that if I’m not wrong.

Would check your in game brightness settings etc. and on your tv. Visibility is fine for me. It helps to crank the sharpness in game up to about 70 though. And turn the brightness down a bit to 46
