In general unless you have hard time controlling recoil I would use long/lightened suppressor with extended barrel and either ribbed stubby, slim angled, slim handstop on most everything. Up close and hip fire builds will use lasers and short barrels @void nest Basically the best attachments that don’t give you any negative stat debuffs while giving you recoil, accuracy, and ads speed benefits. If you stick with 1.75x or smaller optics you will have very little recoil anyway because the visual recoil is non existent at lowest zoom

some of it comes down to recoil pattern, despite technically having less recoil, the grt-bc makes it harder for me on range than the m4a1, as the former recoils left and i prefer weapons recoiling to the right
