Nope, Penguin have done welding underwater, but not regularly, Penguins company sticks to a different market, sea food and helping boats etc when they are stuck or trouble, shorter jobs. Only sticking to what the nearby market wants instead of trying to push something it doesn't ask for. Swimming with the current is easier 🐧 (As for financial risk)
