I searched the chat history - but has anyone found a fix for the crashes with no error code? Just closes client. For me, I can barely get 2-3 Gauntlet Games in without it crashing - months long issue and honestly just about to quit. I've tried every fix possible from DDU, BIOS, Settings.. Penguin huge fan of CQB action, which is kind of why Penguin would like to meet the Roofcampers in CQB instead 😇 😃 Empire state, Iberian Offensive, Parts of Blackwell Fields, Manhattan Bridge also cool. Penguin favorite must be Empire State or Eastwood for larger vehicle action combined with CQB

Penguin has not tested Contaminated map, and for that reason can't share any well informed or valid opinion about that map yet. But, similar sniper situations been dealt with before on different maps such as at Liberation Peak, counter sniper tactics would probably be Penguin answer to this (Which in itself can be fun, but also annoying if half of the team aren't dealing with it)

For Penguin opinion, mere opinion, not fact: More underground zones sounds cool for more CQB, and makes sure of lots more flank opportunities and faster paced action in General

From a business perspective it makes no sense to pivot completely like that unless you can afford to take the hit to the price and EA didnt think they could I guess. Like, they have had all these small maps done for god knows how long. We only play tested 1 in Beta but its not like the others weren't there. You can't just drop everything and change the entire direction of your map design without a signifigant delay, so they decided to just take what they had make it as good as they could and push it out the door. I HOPE to GOD they are now making larger maps, but it takes time. I am not trying to glaze them or anything, I am in full agreement I hate these little maps and I want big ones like we used to have, but yelling at the discord mods wont help.

We regularly do surveys on many topics. One thing to remember is that just because a map is popular, it doesn't mean remastering or remaking it is easy or feasible. So while that feedback is somewhat helpful, developing games is difficult, and we can't guarantee that all player feedback can be translated into the game.

golmud remake makes perfect sense. can't have big maps + destruction, so they remake an empty map
