the only "balance" in this gun is the fact that it has 15 ammo
and then you just slap 10 extra on it
theres your balance

because this gun has the fastest TTK up close and mid range
because they decided to make SMGs more accurate at range than assault rifles, and because SCW is a 3 hit kill, it has the same damage range as hard hitting carbine and none of the drawbacks (recoil non-existent and its accurate)

the only thing stopping this gun from absolutely ruining everything is the hitreg making 10 bullets shot into someone into 2 bullets hit, but you still just get thanos snapped up close
