It is a RAM overclock profile. Enabling it gives you the speeds advertised on the package, if you disable it then it will run slower, but should be more stable.

The armoured transport is actually a terrible addition to the game because it feels like half the team has to be engineer to counter it

It's as fast as a jeep and takes 3 rpgs/tank shots to kill and can spawn infinite engineers to destroy your tank
