That's unfortunately an entirely unrelated issue that hits relatively low-end players too. On the 64 player lobbies sometimes they get very confused and choose to rely on bots when there are plenty of people to pick from. The descriptions for the snipers tell you what range they are best at, sv98 is 54 to 90 meters, m2010 is like 75 to 150 and the psr is made for all long range, can't remember if it lists exactly but it does state something along the lines that it's made for extreme long ranges overall

Spawn engi, place a stack of mines out of base
Spawn support with your incen and get a jeep
Drive over mines
Get out, wait for it to unclaim (turn white icon again)
Shoot mines with incen

If it doeesnt work use a mix of slams and ground mines, I had to put a slam on vehicle each time
