Have you tried AA? You deal beautiful 12 dmg per hit. With 30mm HE. But .50cal (way more accurate than AA) deals 50dmg per hit. So i agree, vehicles could use some more love.

BF6 has gotten severely unstable performance wise after the hotfix that went out around a day after the season 1 update. The game now has frame drops below my target despite not having any before, when these drops happen the game looks really blurry, smeary and screen tears a lot, and that bug where the steam fps counter shows that the game is running FG despite FG being off is back again. I had these issues right at the launch but they got fixed a few days after with the hotfixes. Now they're back after the most recent Season 1 hotfixes.

I honestly agree with the idea that the devs probably used AI for all of them. I have never seen these kind of assignements be in a multiplayer fps games. In games like these the unlock challenges are always things you sort of do naturally while playing the game. They might take a while but you don't have to stop playing the actual core gameplay to do them. 6 is the first game I've seen where doing unlock challanges requires you to stop playing the actual game entirely and focus on just the challanges.

the slide itself isn't the issue, sliding is a fun thing by itself. Problem is that the game right now is purely tuned in the favor of fast rpm low recoil guns. Those are the only viable ones in gunfights just like in COD, so you don't get that BF gunplay anymore where different weapons had different strengths and strategies for winning gunfights, smgs and fast weapons will outgun you in any scenario at any range.
