Is it just me or HD Textures not working... like i saw youtube videos about defib having light indicators. Howdy! New here and looking for some help.

My son had been playing bf6 with me since the beta. Since the redsec update came out he has not been able to play. He keeps getting error code 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840 on his Xbox.

We’ve tried raising a ticket via the Xbox but it does not allow it. We’ve followed a guide provided by EA to raise the ticket on Xbox and it did not work.

We’ve also tested on ps5 and does not work (different error number). I don’t have the issues on either and can play.

Appreciate any help to solve this or how to contact the appropriate folks who can.
