What you're talking about in past games is auto-team balance. Which is not what Battlefield 6 uses. The devs already confirmed to use SBMM in multiple articles and I've linked them to you. They use SBMM. They say it's not as aggressive as other games like COD and that it considers ping before skill, that is, if you choose to believe the evil corporations word on that.

it pulls in a bunch of random people together initially and then splits them evenly based on skill level (to the best of its ability to balance teams)

People weren't able to host servers at all because of all the trash farm servers, this is a good starting point to quickly get rid of the farms, as long as they actually re-implement full progression for normal (non-farm) servers. (And they can maybe completely get rid of XP from bots)

the campaign had issues due to some management.
It’s because EA made a whole studio (Ridgeline Games) to develop the campaign. They then closed them down within 2 years because what they made was pretty bad. This was due to a lack of proper infrastructure and trying to spring up a dev studio out of nothing.

They then had to scrap all their work and got the actual experienced dev teams with infrastructure to rush out a campaign from scratch in a year.

it doesn't excuse the state of the campaign but it does explain it to say the least. I did not touch that shizz and don't intend to.

There's a way to solo cheese the 6000 repair points, even on regular servers with other players. Just make sure you're in your own squad so you don't bug anyone and they don't bug you, but wait till you have to unlock the skin that says get 3000 in one life.

Your weapon could have all the attachments unlocked in a concentrated 300-500 kills... This barely unlocks the first half of those... It does help that the attachments are concentrates, but the order at which they're unlocked is kind of against my instinct of what they should be.. (I.E: The DRS-IAR being stuck with a 30 round mag as an LMG starting.. with the unlock for the 60 round mag being VERY late in the tree.)

Remove the ability to gain any XP or progress challenges via bot kills.

Rework challenges to be more reasonable for the average players. Have ultra grindy or difficult challenges only reward cosmetics not gameplay features such as guns or gadgets...

My biggest issue in the game is that when I see that the Attack helicopter is at 99% loading and I’m mashing the left click mouse button, someone else gets it and takes off. It would be nice if it would put me in the gunner seat if the pilot is taken. Got damn that pisses me off.

I want to share a thing i found out on bf6. I noticed that on a certain time of the loading screen, a sequential car horn is heard. I'm 100% sure that horn comes from "Da Funk - Daft Punk"

You can change between the weapon and load into the weapon, when you back out of the firing range, it puts you back at the customization for the gun.

Battlefield has a huge community of mostly/only infantry map players. Metro, Locker and now Redacted are cult like.

A lot of the CQC maps in bf6 are actually great. People are hating on Iberian offensive and saints but they're some of the best battlefield CQC experiences in franchise history.

I am not a fan of Saints Quarter, but I've only played it a few times. The other maps are all between decent and good imo. Though the Drone + Sledge Glitch has been REALLY making me like Iberian less which sucks because it is a good map
