It's more an effective range thing.... M417 has less recoil problems than the M277 and hits way harder CQB (33.333 vs 25)..... M277 has ZERO bullet damage drop off on the range though, so even the 5th target gets tapped for 25 to the body, where the M417 has damage drop off like basically every gun I've played with.

slow down your pace and observe your surroundings more.

Don't just rush from objective to objective. Feel free to stay back at a captured objective.

When in a gunfight assume there will be more than one enemy, even if you only see one, there may be a medic or squad mate close behind for the revive or assist.

Also, don't worry about your K/D, sure it is important but it is not a top priority. I'd rather have someone who died and captured an objective than the dude running from A to E getting kills.

• Sometimes your deaths just don't count when they should LOL (im okay with that when I'm doing bad haha)
• Sometimes my UI just bugs out, can't tell who's winning, if there's an enemy on the flag w/ me, ect
• Sometimes hitreg is crap (they already acknowledged this and are working on it tho, no big deal"
• Need more information on attachment details, they give the BARE minimum lol
• I HATE that you're in a completely new server, EVERY. SINGLE. ROUND. I wanna stay with my new buddys sometimes, or have a rivalry build up with the other team...
• For God's sake let us LOCK OUR REGIONS!!! I've been put into some lobbies where the team's name uses letters that arent even on my keyboard...

I've learned to go slower and follow teammates as I am learning the maps. I don't have much time per day to play , maybe 1-2 hours so my cumulative 10 or so is nothing on people who already have 100+. Slow has been teaching me both the ambush spots and the terrain that I can use for cover. It's working and lessens the frustration. In a few more weeks I will have also put in enough time to learn and the gap won't be as big.

I did notice by doing this though... with the M4A1 the fire selector switch has no animation. And when you're on AUTO it still shows SEMI. I bet you $$$$$ DICE will be fixing this in a patch. BUGS

• The Main Menu loses connection or bugs out for all sorts of different reasons. Changing which controller is connected, controller turning off, being kicked for inactivity exiting a match, and it basically requires a game restart. High Priority.
• Spawn Screen Flies Off to the Edge of the Map first time spawning in, every time. This should take high priority.
• Attack Helicopter No Spawn on Some Matches. Shown as taken, when not taken.
• Bipod not Mounting on Rocks, Sandbags
• Tanks moving on Console without adjusting the Deadzone bigger 8 to 25. Default deadzone works on all other vehicles and infantry. Seems to be a Tank Specific issue, though bumping up Deadzone on sticks is a workaround, it makes aiming and other things now less sensitive. You should fix and not rely on Band-Aid workaround.

I played several games breakthrough today as attacker and defender and every gsmr atleast half the attacking team were snipers and we never made it past the 1st stage of the gamr mode because sniping means no one is pushing the objective lel

ISSUES

• TTK (Time To Kill) is Too Long. Enemies should be dropped in a few body good shots, not a whole magazine. This slow TTK feels more like late stage final minutes of a battle royal, as if enemies have Purple (Apex) Armor, or 3-4 (WZ) Armor Plates. It doesn't feel immersive or realistic. This slow of a TTK Rewards fake feeling CoD gameplay, aka: slide-cancel & run-and-gun gameplay. BF claims to, and should, reward good positioning, good planning, careful movement, good line-of-sight and angles, from solid map knowledge, not run-and-gun aim and movement skill so heavily, which is rewarded a lot more, when TTK is this slow/long. You're not making it easier for new players with a slow TTK. You're making it easier for Core Mode CoD players. So, something closer to BF Hardcore mode, but made more mainstream so the lobbies are full, would be much more ideal. Or, make official Hardcore mode lobbies and push those up, make them visible in the main menu, at least, so the lobbies are full, for those who prefer that gameplay style.
• Movement is too COD-like. Players can slide-cancel, slide-cancel, repeat, with no apparent penalty to movement speed, and dart across streets without dying because a machine gun takes too long to kill them as stated above. This heavily advantages assault and attack and heavily disadvantages defense and stationary troops. This is stupid, and not Battlefield.
