  • Refund has been processed & confirmed by Paypal
  • I Bought it again and it works now

If you purchased the game via the EA app and are doing a refund, just do a chargeback. They get charged $25 by the card company for it on top of the full refund amount. I called AMEX and told them them what was happening, how their support is just useless AI responses, and their refund request tool was crashing out and not working. They refunded me my money back immediately. Bought it on Steam instead.

3 hours into working error "0xC0000604" with anti cheat to be able to launch game. Might have to refund game on Steam and purchase on EA App and if that fails will need to clean install Windows 11. All hardware and systems are in check. Error is streaming from 0xC0000604 bad signature crash, the issue is very likely a corrupted EAAC install or mismatch between the Steam/EA App link
