Aight, so basically we launch the game on steam which is linked to EA as i got more games on both platforms. We start the game and it opens up the BF6 splashscreen, fully loads the bar and then stops, the play button goes back to green on steam and it continues doing the same.

What i tried :
Created second admin user
Updating graphics drivers
Disabled Nvidia overlay and any other overlay app
Smooth motion on NVidia was already off, tried switching all settings around
Added BF6 as an exception on everything ( antivirus, firewall, etc)
Completely reinstalled BF6
Uninstalled all other EA Games
Uninstalled Javelin so the game would fetch the latest version
Eventviewer shows an app error for EAAntiCheatService - The game bf6.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005

After everything it still goes back to the original issue - splashscreen then quits. I'll repost the message like 2-3 times since there is a lot of spam in here

I installed the game via Steam and mine is working perfectly fine

However, my husband installed via EA app and his MP and SP aren't working

We tried to force him to join my lobby through an invite and see if that would force his MP to work, but it ended up breaking my MP and SP as well now.
So if anyone is wanting to try doing that, I don't recommend it

On G502X or G502 (wired) I can only control the vertical line, not horizontal! The cam snaps back to the feet every time I try to look up!
Applies to Campaign as to Multiplayer too.
Restarting the PC, reinstall, updating NVDIA-App and turning off the Overlay or restarting G-Hub doesn't work!

@inner swan Man, it's pretty clear where the problem is. It's about the EA licenses, which aren’t linked to the accounts. EA sent an email saying the licenses were activated, but at the same time it says we’re not eligible. For some reason, they made the game separately, looks like the Multiplayer and Singleplayer parts work like DLCs.

Question, is there a way to practice vehicle flying without having to fight for it in a 64 player server, where you might get shot down in the first 2 seconds? Ive tried looking for portal experiences and there are none, and I do not understand how to create a gamerule to actually spawn in vehicles.

On G502X or G502 (wired) I can only control the vertical line, not horizontal! The cam snaps back to the feet every time I try to look up!
Applies to Campaign as to Multiplayer too.
Restarting the PC, reinstall, updating NVDIA-App and turning off the Overlay or restarting G-Hub doesn't work!

Everytime I open the game we see the splash screen the bar fills up to 100% the BF6 exe launches in windowed and in a black screen it'll stay open for about 5 to 15 seconds and then it closes. I have secure boot enabled, TPM 2.0, latest drivers, ive repaired my anti cheat install etc etc. Idk what else to do, the game ran perfectly fine in the beta

Buddy, how can you get backed in a corner so easily with the most simple of logic problems, and then STILL double down, are you serious? How do you think the Devs even KNOW that there's a problem? Maybe because the CM used their line of communication to tell them that perhaps? They are actively fixing the issue. If they spend 10 minutes drafting up a message to explain exactly why the game is not reading installs correctly, that's 10 minutes that hasn't been spent IDing and applying a fix.
